"Aktivrente" for the self-employed: Register now for the public vote!

The VGSD (Association of Founders and Self-Employed in Germany) is calling for the "Aktivrente" to be extended to self-employed workers. A demand that bbk berlin also shares on behalf of artists. The VGSD submitted the topic to the Abstimmung21 initiative and made it through from more than 300 proposals.

We encourage all solo self-employed artists to register with Abstimmung21 by 9 August to receive their voting documents and make your voice heard for a fair Aktivrente. The results will be presented on 30 October at a closing event in Berlin.

Important: Abstimmung21 is a civil society initiative. The results are not legally binding, but carry significant public impact.
