The bbk berlin studio program, with over 700 subsidized studios, has been threatened for some time now due to questionable political decisions, posing a lasting threat to the very existence of Berlin’s art and cultural landscape. Workspaces must remain affordable for the broad spectrum of Berlin’s artists and should not be recklessly jeopardized.
