The KiöR Walk on art in architecture and art in urban space focuses on Berlin's historic city centre, using selected works to illustrate the possibilities of contemporary art in public space and the challenges of its public stewardship. The KiöR Walk is taking place as part of the #DeineStimmeFürKultur action week.

DIE VIELEN, together with a broad coalition of numerous civil society and artistic initiatives and cultural scene activists, are calling for a "STERNDEMO" on 12 September 2026 at 2:00 pm at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, marching with a GLITTERING DEMONSTRATION through Berlin-Mitte to the Rotes Rathaus.

"Vielstimmig zusammen" (“Together in Many Voices”): 150 artists in 44 exhibitions at 36 galleries—that’s the Art Week of the Berlin Municipal Galleries. The event features a diverse and free exhibition program, as well as performances, music, discussions, workshops, and guided tours.

Dear Members, the Board cordially invites you to the upcoming General Meeting. To ensure we have enough time for all agenda items, discussions, and the Board election, we are scheduling the meeting for two days as a precaution. If the entire agenda is completed by Saturday, the meeting will conclude and the Sunday session will be canceled.

The membership office of the bbk berlin asks all artists who wish to pay a reduced membership fee in 2027 to submit current proof of eligibility.
